Job Description:

  • Lead & Develop Team: Manage and grow a high-performing team across multiple functions, ensuring clear roles, efficient workflows, and continuous development.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth execution of daily financial activities including billing, payments, and reconciliations with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Own Revenue Operations: Lead revenue tracking, recognition, and reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Drive Collections Performance: Monitor accounts receivable and lead collection strategies to improve collection rates, and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Manage Closing & Reporting: Oversee monthly closing for revenue and receivables, and deliver clear management reports including financial metrics, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Build & Enforce SOPs: Develop, implement, and continuously improve finance SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements in systems and workflows to drive automation, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to provide financial insights and ensure finance considerations are embedded in business and system decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. 
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Auditing, especially Big4 Company / Tech Company.
  • Proven teamwork and leadership experience.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
  • Have good initiative in working, detail oriented and excellent analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
