Job Description:
Sales Manager is entrusted with the critical task of driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. By overseeing the entire sales process, from uncovering and qualifying leads to nurturing relationships and closing deals, the Sales Manager ensures a consistent flow of potential business opportunities.

  • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential business opportunities.
  • Build an aggressive sales team in growing pipelines by ensuring sales team capacity in assessing customer level of interest, their budget, their authority to make purchasing decisions, and whether they have a problem that your product or service can solve.
  • Monitor and oversee sales team performance, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the sales process.
  • Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients by enabling them to capable to give valuable information or resources, addressing any concerns or objections customer may have, and guiding them towards a purchasing decision.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to identify individual and team strengths and weaknesses, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Actively gather information and feedback from potential clients to understand their pain points, objectives, and preferences to plan sales strategies and proposals based on the information and feedback gathered from potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota.
  • Experience in an IT or HR company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary.
  • Experienced in building and managing sales team.
