Job Description:
- Act as the technical knowledge PIC for the Partnership team, serving as a bridge between Partnership, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth collaboration and technical alignment.
- Provide technical support during partner implementation of Qontak solutions and assist partners post-training with best practices, including MR, URD, end-to-end configuration, and workflow implementation.
- Support partners in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Qontak and Officeless platforms.
- Deliver consultative guidance on system setup, workflow configuration, and customization to ensure successful partner enablement.
- Customize Officeless Workflows using JavaScript based on partner requirements.
- Understand and articulate how Meta / WhatsApp Business APIs, Qontak, and Officeless Workflows integrate into a partner’s ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and VAS teams to align technical needs with partnership initiatives.
- Document technical requirements, configurations, and partner feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to partner onboarding and integration processes.
- Empower partners through training, documentation, and technical enablement to build self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, presales, partner enablement, or implementation role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of API and system integration, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS connectivity.
- Familiarity with system architecture concepts and ability to explain technical flows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, JavaScript customization, and report builder tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Qontak platform functionalities, Meta / WhatsApp Business API, and Mekari Officeless solutions.
- Strong project coordination, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, VAS).
- A partner enablement mindset, focused on empowering partners to achieve success independently.
