Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute Mekari’s go-to-market and revenue strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

  • Translate company objectives into actionable sales plans and measurable performance outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to align sales priorities with product roadmap, marketing strategy, and customer success initiatives.

2. Revenue Growth & Execution

  • Own national revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and conversion optimization through CRM and analytics insights.

  • Drive sales process excellence, from lead generation to closing, ensuring strong sales discipline and velocity.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and BDRs to achieve high performance and engagement.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Partner with the People team to design incentive schemes, hiring strategies, and leadership development for the sales organization.

4. Market Expansion & Innovation

  • Identify emerging markets, new verticals, and partnership opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

  • Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize campaigns and lead quality.

  • Leverage customer insights and data to refine value propositions and improve go-to-market effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading teams that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS subscription model, customer lifecycle, and metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, expansion).

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and performance dashboards.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to scale teams, build structure, and lead through rapid growth and change.
