Job Description:

1. Video Production & Editing

• Lead the end-to-end video editing process from raw footage to final delivery.
• Produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, social media, product launches, and events.
• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, and storytelling across all video assets.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and animate motion graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
• Create animated assets such as intros, outros, transitions, title cards, and explainer visuals.
• Translate complex concepts into engaging visual animations.

3. Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Collaborate with creative leads, marketers, and designers to develop compelling video concepts.
• Provide creative input during pre-production and storyboard stages.

4. Brand & Quality Control

• Ensure all video and motion content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.

• Maintain high production quality across formats (ads, social content, web, events).

5. Optimization & Delivery

• Adapt video assets for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.).
• Optimize videos for different aspect ratios, durations, and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from Multimedia Arts or similar major
• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling and motion design work.

2. Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Proficient in using LottieFiles.
• Experience with AI video tools, generative visuals, or advanced motion systems.
• Skills in shooting video or directing production.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual effects.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video optimization for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with 3D software is a plus.

3. Creative Skills

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
• Ability to translate marketing messages into engaging video content.
• High attention to detail and strong creative judgment.

4. Collaboration

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, creative).
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
