Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Community and Advocacy Intern to support the growth and operations of our community and referral ecosystem. This
role will work across referral operations, agent engagement, campaign execution, content creation, and community initiatives.

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to the community and referral program.
• Assist in the monthly referral agent commission process, including supporting commission calculations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating related communications.
• Maintain and update the referral dashboard to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across the referral ecosystem.
• Support the planning and execution of referral campaigns and initiatives to drive referral activities and performance.
• Create engaging content to support community engagement, referral campaigns, and advocacy initiatives.
• Manage referral agent onboarding and engagement communications, including preparing and sending welcome content and emails for new referral agents.
• Support initiatives and strategies to increase referral agent activation and ongoing referral activities.
• Help develop and execute initiatives to promote referral activities through the community website and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the execution of community and referral initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring campaign and referral performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Support other ad-hoc projects related to community growth, advocacy, and the referral ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Basic content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
