Job Description:
Responsible for managing industrial and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment regulations, supporting dispute resolution, and maintaining positive relationships between employees, management, and worker representatives.
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, review, and implement industrial relations policies, procedures, and employment-related documentation.
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
- Handle industrial dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and other appropriate processes.
- Coordinate Dinas Ketenagakerjaan and other relevant government authorities when required.
- Provide IR advice and recommendations to HR and management on employee relations matters and potential risks.
- Monitor changes in employment regulations and assess their impact on company policies and practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of industrial relations cases and prepare relevant reports and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and industrial disputes.
- Familiarity with Company Regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and employment agreements.
- Experience coordinating with Disnaker or other government authorities is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong judgment, risk awareness, and ability to handle confidential matters.
