Job Description:

  • Receive handover from Activation at M+1.
  • Run scripted health-check interviews via WhatsApp & phone.
  • Tag each account: Reached/Unreached, Happy/Neutral/Unhappy, Expansion/Retention/At-Risk.
  • Log findings & assign action plans from a fixed catalogue.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales rep, Implementation, Incubation, Finance) until each action is closed.
  • Maintain master tracking sheet, daily/weekly.
  • Escalate per matrix when blockers arise.

Requirements:

  • Prior internship in customer service, telesales, or BPO.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, CRM tools.
