Job Description:

  • Responsible for designing, consulting, and implementing APIs to facilitate the entire integration process until the system goes live.
  • Collaborate with the Product/Engineer team to ensure API usage aligns with the desired product and system requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth integration of Talent with the client platform (excluding integration with the fingerprint machine).
  • Ensure the integration process timeline adheres to the agreed timeline.
  • Create documentation related to the integration process as a reference/contract with the client or as a guide for internal use.
  • Provide training to support API usage.
  • Coordinate internally with Tech Support if integration issues are encountered after Go Live.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in API Integration, System Integration, or Technical Consulting.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience integrating systems/applications using APIs.
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate business requirements into appropriate integration solutions.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to integration issues.
  • Ability to create technical documentation such as API documentation, integration flows, implementation guides, and technical specification documents.
  • Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Understanding of database fundamentals and SQL queries is a plus.
  • Project coordination and timeline management skills to ensure implementation processes run on target.
  • Willingness to provide training or knowledge sharing related to API usage to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong adaptability and learning agility for new products and technologies.
  • Experience using HRIS, SaaS Platform, or integration middleware is a plus.
