Job Description:

Support strategy team in conducting comprehensive research to support strategic projects and analyze data for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for business model improvement and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and internal efficiencies.
Identify requirements for internal digitalization projects
Develop dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement in performance.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably with a focus on business, economics, or related fields but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Proven track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
