About The Role
The HRBP Intern will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in executing day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, eager to learn, and looking to gain practical experience in employee relations, HR analytics, performance management, and organizational development.
Job Description:
- Assist in handling day-to-day employee inquiries and HR administrative tasks
- Support documentation processes such as letters, memos, probation tracking, and contract management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Help compile HR reports (turnover, headcount, attendance, performance cycle tracking)
- Maintain employee data accuracy in internal systems
- Perform basic analysis to support HRBP insights
- Assist in the execution of performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement programs
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and communication for HR initiatives
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up trackers, and documentation for HRBP–business interactions
- Help improve response time to business units by supporting initial triage and follow-ups
- Conduct research on HR best practices, employee experience, and organizational policies
- Support process improvement initiatives within the People team
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR, people operations, or organizational development
- Good analytical ability and proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
