About the role

You will be part of the Corporate Strategy & Ops team, supporting initiatives that help the company make better decisions, improve operational processes, and scale how we work.

You will work across data, processes, systems, and cross-functional teams to turn business problems into structured analysis and actionable solutions. Your role is not just to answer requests, but to understand the problem behind the request, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive solutions from analysis through implementation.

You will work closely with Strategy & Ops managers and stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Operations, Product, Commercial, and Data & BI.

How You Work

  • Start with the problem: Understand what is happening, why it matters, and what decision or outcome needs to be improved before jumping into analysis or execution.
  • Think structured: Break ambiguous problems into clear questions, analyze the relevant data, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Be curious about the root cause: Don't just fix the symptom; investigate how the process or system creates the problem and identify opportunities to improve it.
  • Own your work end-to-end: Take responsibility for your analysis or project deliverables, follow through on action items, and close the loop with stakeholders.
  • Build for scale: Look for opportunities to automate repetitive work, improve processes, and reduce manual effort.
  • Make data useful: Ensure analysis and reporting are accurate, easy to understand, and connected to the business decision they are intended to support.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into clear requirements or analytical questions.

Job Description

  • Conduct business and operational analysis to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for key operational and commercial metrics.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical questions and actionable recommendations.
  • Support metric definition and data validation, ensuring numbers are consistent and reliable across reports and stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and systems, and propose improvements to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives, including documenting current processes, identifying pain points, and helping implement solutions.
  • Work with Data & BI, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to resolve data or process issues.
  • Support internal tools and systems improvement by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, conducting testing, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare analysis, reports, and presentations for management and leadership discussions.
  • Support strategic projects from problem definition through analysis, implementation, and post-implementation tracking.
  • Proactively identify insights or issues from data and operations, rather than relying solely on ad-hoc requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in strategy, business operations, business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into business insights.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL and/or spreadsheet skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several priorities.
  • Strong ownership and willingness to follow through from analysis to implementation.
  • Curious and proactive mindset: willing to ask “why?” and look beyond the immediate request.
  • Experience with CRM, operational tools, automation, or process improvement is a plus.
