Job Description:

  • Create monthly recap of expiring clients
  • Liaise to partner on expiring clients and potential expansion
  • Maintain client renewal rate
  • Promote expansion to partners’ client
  • Handle troubleshooting of renewal payment issues between partners and Mekari stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry
  • Has prior knowledge of Accounting/HR/Sales
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
  • Able to learn fast and is eager to learn
  • Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
