Job Description:

• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across search platforms to achieve traffic, lead, and conversion targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct keyword, bid, budget, audience, and ad copy optimization to improve efficiency.
• Analyze SEM performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Creative, and other teams to ensure SEM activities are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in SEM, paid search, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or other paid search platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of SEM metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and quality score.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
