Job Description: 

  • Responsible for managing and safeguarding the company legal interest by handling a wide array of dispute and litigation matters.
  • Litigation & Dispute Resolution Management, manage the end-to-end litigation process of civil, criminal and administrative litigation cases, including alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • Represent the company in any legal proceedings or effectively manage and collaborate with the external legal counsel.
  • Prepare, draft and review a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions and risk assessment to management on potential disputes and ongoing cases.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized case file for all litigation matters and report the status of ongoing cases to the company.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 1 (one) years of proven experience in a litigation role or a comparable position, either in-house or law firm.
  • Have a valid advocate license (PERADI) would be an advantage.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: have experience in handling legal matters related to the technology industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Able to be proactive and take initiative.
