Job Description:
Assist the Customer Support team in:
- Handling user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
- Ensuring user satisfaction through feedback and solution
- Informing user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
- Collaborating with internal team to handle complaints and other inquiries
Qualifications:
- Final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- Comfortable for speaking in public
