Job Description:

Assist the Customer Support team in:

  • Handling user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/email
  • Ensuring user satisfaction through feedback and solution
  • Informing user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred
  • Collaborating with internal team to handle complaints and other inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable for speaking in public
