Job Description:

Acquire and foster good working relationships with partners (IT consultants or principal software) company and collaborate technically and also mutually beneficial business, scaling partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through systematic growth levers: activation, expansion, repeatability, and performance optimization.

  • Identify and assess potential partners (IT consultants or software principals) and convince them of the product value and mutually beneficial partnership schemes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with partner companies by assisting with tech ecosystem preparation and identifying/solving partner needs.
  • Collect partner feedback on products or programs and organize joint marketing events when necessary.
  • Define partner segmentation, classification, and partner types.
  • Define partner motion, enablement programs, and the overall partner journey.
  • Collaborate directly with Partner Tech Enablement and other stakeholders to discover opportunities and set appointments from leads.
  • Develop and structure business or partnership schemes.
  • Create and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with partners to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with the legal team regarding partnership contracts (NDA, PKS, etc.).
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on partner interactions.
  • Analyze systems that add value to Mekari products and manage the integration and business schemes.
  • Maintain partner relations through flexible engagement, including office visits and face-to-face communication.
  • Generate leads and manage the process until the deal is closed.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant internal teams.
  • Achieve established targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Has an existing network in the SI, IT Consultant, and software principal industries.
  • Has a natural ability and passion to engage with partners, both formally and informally, to foster productive relationships.
  • Proficient in both formal and informal approaches to partnership management.
  • Passionate, committed, and responsible individual with a strong academic and professional background (2-3 years of experience preferred).
  • Has knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and project implementation.
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Has a strong interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others (strong social skills).
  • Quick learner who is eager to grow and adapt.
  • Highly motivated and loyal.
