Key Responsibilities:
Educational Design & Content Strategy

Understand and be able to use Mekari software (such as Mekari Jurnal, Talenta, or related products) to develop practical, hands-on learning materials and deliver effective training sessions.

Design relevant and practical learning concepts based on the latest developments in Accounting, Finance, Business, Tax, and People Management.

Develop course outlines, learning objectives, content structures, and learning flows tailored for professionals and fresh graduates.

Create engaging learning experiences through case studies, mini tasks, projects, assessments, and portfolio-based activities.
Academic Collaboration & Institutional Partnership

Participate in outreach and engagement with educational institutions for academic collaboration.

Align course materials with university curricula and academic partnership programs.

Support the development of initiatives such as guest lectures, campus workshops, certification programs, and integrated courses.

Facilitate and deliver learning sessions in webinars and workshops, effectively presenting materials and engaging participants to enhance learning outcomes.
Workshop & Training Administration

Manage workshop and training administration, including material preparation, participant coordination, assessments, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding schedules, trainer requirements, and workshop logistics.

Ensure smooth execution of workshops from both content delivery and administrative perspectives.
Requirements:
-
Experienced or highly interested in developing digital learning content for higher education and professional learners.

Strong curiosity and willingness to learn Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business, and People Management concepts (theoretical & practical).

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Tax, HR, Learning & Development, Education, or related fields.

Familiar with LMS or digital learning platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Communication, Education, or a related major.

Comfortable working with academic stakeholders (lecturers, institutions, trainers) and supporting academic collaboration programs.

Strong writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.

Analytical, structured, and strategic thinker with a passion for learning design.

Able to handle workshop and training administration.
