Job Description:
As an Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue within our most strategic accounts. This isn’t a high-volume "churn and burn" role; you will be orchestrating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, from technical evaluators to C-suite executives. You are the "CEO" of your territory, responsible for building a pipeline from scratch and seeing it through to a high-value partnership.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate high-value target accounts through research-driven outreach and leveraging existing networks.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizational charts to identify champions, influencers, and economic buyers.
- Collaborative Selling: Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to tailor solutions that meet specific enterprise requirements.
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain a disciplined pipeline and provide accurate quarterly forecasts to leadership.
- Value-Based Selling: Move beyond feature-selling to articulate the high-level ROI and business impact of our solution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in an enterprise environment.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to command a room of C-level executives.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you may need to contribute to the sales "playbook" as we grow.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
