Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform Team for our Omnichannel CRM product. In this role, you will report to the Senior Product Manager overseeing the entire platform. Your primary focus will be on the billing domain and partially on bot and automation — delivering scalable, transparent, and compliant solutions, while also contributing to other platform initiatives as needed.

Job Description

  • Creating or completing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objectives and execution details

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other products  to ensure accurate, automated, and compliant processes.

  • Contribute to cross-domain platform solutions that benefit multiple product teams.

  • Identify opportunities for billing self-service and automation to reduce operational overhead and improve customer experience.

  • Monitor and analyze billing and automation metrics to drive improvements.

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for billing and automation capabilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field is preferred.

  • Experience in SaaS Billing or Finance ERP System is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or AI chatbot technologies is a plus.

  • Proven experience with billing systems (subscription, invoicing, usage-based billing) and payment gateway integrations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data to guide decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, finance, operations, and product leadership.

  • Understanding of API-driven architectures and backend platform services.
