Job Description:
- Lead and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to qualify and generate opportunities for Mekari Officeless, focusing on mid to large enterprise segments.
- Develop and optimize outbound and inbound lead qualification processes, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation.
- Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Product, and Presales teams to understand technical product value and client pain points.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits for target personas in enterprise settings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the low-code/no-code space and how our solutions apply to digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor, report, and improve team performance metrics across outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality.
- Continuously coach SDRs on consultative selling, objection handling, and enterprise stakeholder engagement.
- Drive alignment between marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to increase funnel efficiency.
- Engage directly with strategic prospects during high-value cycles and ensure smooth handovers to AE or Solution Consultant teams.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an SDR leadership role, preferably in B2B Experience or Business Applications Solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields; technical background is a plus.
- Prior experience engaging with Large Enterprise clients, with an understanding of long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of technical operations, business process digitization, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience using CRM (preferably Zoho CRM or similar), sales engagement tools, and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Experience collaborating with presales or solution consulting teams is a strong plus.
- Providing strong judgement and analysis based on data analytics report.
