Key Responsibilities:
- To design, implement and develop effective organization and change management strategies
- To design, develop and manage the strategies of career development path for managerial positions and individual contributor positions
- Conduct review, analysis, and updating of JD for positions affected by existing organizational restructuring, including role identification, reporting relationship, operating network, major responsibility & performance indicator, minimum requirement, and required competency
- To design, develop and manage the manpower plan of each division, both quarterly and ad hoc
- To design, develop and manage succession plan policy for critical position
Requirements:
- Held Bachelor Degree majoring in any field, especially Industrial Engineering or Management
- Having at least 4 years of working experience in the Organizational Development field. With relevant experiences such as handling Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal, and Organization Structure.
- Experienced working in IT Company or Startup.
- Proactive and adaptive.
- Have good analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Having good communication skills and good teamwork.
- Have excellent knowledge using Ms. Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
