Job Description:

Assist in projects, reporting, scheduling, and executing engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase event attendance and BAU retention campaign.
Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc).
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate/final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, PR, or literature.
Experienced in Creative Content Writing and Visual Development.
Familiar with email marketing/CRM.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
