People Development Intern (Next Level Internship)

By applying through this opening, you are applying specifically for the role of People Development Intern:

Key Responsibilities:

Support People Development programs, including preparation, coordination, and execution of learning sessions and activities.
Act as a co-facilitator and assist in learning delivery (e.g., managing attendance, taking notes, preparing presentations, and creating internal promotional materials).
Handle logistical arrangements for People Development and onboarding programs (e.g., scheduling, sending invitations, reporting, and documentation).
Edit learning videos based on the guided materials provided.
Support in preparing and analyzing assessment data (e.g., competency, upskill, and learning program).

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or final-year student with no ongoing classes.
Preferably from Psychology, Communication/PR, or Management backgrounds.
Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
Team player who is responsible, takes initiative, and is a problem solver.
Able to analyze data using spreadsheet formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IFs, Pivot Tables).
Able to edit graphics or videos, at least using Canva.
Able to do WFO 1-2 days a week.
