Job Descriptions:

• Lead a high performing Mekari DevOps team through strong OKRs measurement, performance management and coaching 
• Lead the team in deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing multi-cloud production and non-production systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems.
• Designs, builds and maintains a stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize service delivery across production, QA, and development environments throughout the development lifecycle
• Own all DevOps plans and strategies for developing products that aligned with company’s goals
• Lead the collaboration with the engineering, product management and program management teams to build secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (DevOps). 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including IAC, CI/CD and Automation
• Strong experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Alicloud) and Devops Tools (Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc)
• Strong experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, etc).
• Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring DevOps Engineering team in an Agile environment 
• Good communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with engineering, product and other cross-functional stakeholders.
