Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales/business development representatives are responsible for outbound prospecting. The world of an SDR (Sales Development Representative) revolves around lead generation, rather than closing new deals. SDRs are typically measured by how effectively they move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Sales development representatives help with the lead qualification process, which allows the sales team to focus on closing deals instead of wasting time with prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and taking ownership of team’s targets related to SDR process and result.
  • Leading and mentoring SDR team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole.
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for their team.
  • Continuously provide analysis and solutions to improve the work system of SDR team.
  • Finding various potential leads and links through social media, emails & cold calling & converting them into Business.
  • Generate new customers for the company as well as passing higher usage leads to the Sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major is welcome.
  • 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs) is a plus.
  • Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus (preferably with a track record of over-achieving quota).
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and  interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback.
