Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our products/services, with the goal of expansion and other product/feature adoption

  • Processing all inbound leads to give more information regarding our products and services; to generate sales qualified leads to be given to the account management team

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target companies, such as managers, directors, and executives, to introduce our offerings and understand their specific needs.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to generate interest and drive sales.

  • Actively manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking progress, and following up on open leads in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with the account management, customer success and other internal internal stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing assigned quotas and KPIs.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training, attending sales meetings, and staying informed about industry developments.

Requirements :

  • Have 1-2 years of experience cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs / SMBs), Fresh Graduate is also welcomed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required
  • Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Good sales ability and ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback.
