Responsibilities:
- Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to account management process and result
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Leading and mentoring account management team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
- Maintain positive relationships across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users
- Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal cross-function to enable product roadmap, customer needs, and overall communication
- Establish Ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance
- Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Sales/Aftersales experience
- Target and incentives oriented
- Proven track record in achieving sales quota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly
- Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use, also able to work under pressure
