Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and renewal.

Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc)

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.

Generate weekly engagement rate report to manager.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, PR, etc.

Min 1-2 experience working as Customer Engagement or Content Writing

Creative content writing
-
Excellent stakeholder management
-
Familiar with email marketing/CRM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and -strategy.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills

Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
