Job Descriptions:

Sales

  • Uncover, qualify, nurture and build international sales opportunity pipeline

  • Strategize and initiate tactical move to achieve international sales target

  • Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline

  • Monitor sales team performance and ensure processes are in-place, improved and running smoothly

  • Support sales team in pitching and negotiation with potential clients

  • Gather information and feedback from potential clients

Aftersales

  • Build strong aftersales team to ensure consistent renewal and revenue expansion

  • Ensure aftersales processes are in place, improved and running smoothly

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Develop strong and collaborative relationships with adjacent functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience

  • Proven track record in achieving sales target

  • Minimum 1 year experience in international sales

  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must (e.g. IELTS 6-6.5) - plus point for other languages (other than Bahasa Indonesia)

  • Experience in B2B SaaS/tech company is a plus

  • Experience in managing and building sales team

  • Experience in acquiring, managing and building partners network

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent collaborator

  • Comfortable working with senior management
