Job Summary:

Supporting the Referral program by creating high-quality marketing materials and executing targeted campaigns to attract new partners.

Job Description:

1. Craft compelling copywriting for marketing materials, such as email blasts, social media posts, and website content, specifically targeted towards potential referral partners.
2. Collaborate with the design team to request visuals that align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
3. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive partner acquisition.
4. Manage and execute mass communication efforts through platforms like WhatsApp blasts and online communities.
5. Track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future initiatives.
6. Partner closely with the Referral team to understand their goals and develop marketing strategies that support their objectives.
7. Maintain clear communication with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing support or a similar role.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to a specific audience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for Mekari products and the Referral program's mission.
