Key Responsibilities

• Plan & monitor team operational strategy to achieve company OKR

• Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillment for their team

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team.

• Manage and execute Ad-Hoc projects

• Coordinate with other departments to solve issues related to the financial reporting team

• Report OKR Achievements to the manager on a weekly or monthly basis

• Maintain the integrity of all financial record-keeping

• Coordinate with internal and external auditor

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Major

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Auditing, especially Big4 Company / Tech Company.

• Proven teamwork and leadership experience.

• Have excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Local Accounting Standards (PSAK) 

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)

• Have good initiative in working, detail oriented and excellent analytical thinking

• Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives

Working arrangement: Hybrid.

Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
