Job Description:

  • General administration: filling, organizing, scanning, copying and documentation.
  • Assisting in preparing documents and doing document submission.
  • Assisting in proofreading legal documents.
  • Coordinating with lawyers to ensure that legal services are delivered effectively.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant, ideally within a law firm or government agency. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling confidential material.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders.
