Job Description:

• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
• Work with multiple departments to create and execute new content in social media
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content & develop new strategies for increasing engagement
• Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
• Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels

Requirements:

• A strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, positive outlook
• Knowledge of analytic and able to interpret data and insight to track audience engagement
• Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction/oversight and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively
• Proactive and has the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and new marketing technologies to chase growth and demand generation
• Hands on experience in content creation, UGC, and influencer strategy
• Creative, Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
