Job Description

  • Project Coordination Support: New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Assist in the creation of performance dashboards and other operational tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • SOP & Documentation Assistance: Support the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and other internal documents to ensure smooth implementation of new projects or business initiatives.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in drafting cooperation agreements between the company and external clients, ensuring templates are updated and aligned with legal/operational standards.
  • Client Communication Support: Liaise with clients (under supervision) to help confirm contract approvals, and support any needed revisions or negotiations related to contract clauses.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure all finalized contracts are properly filed and signed before the project implementation phase. Track and update the status of approvals, sign-offs, and returns across internal databases.
  • Finance Coordination: Work closely with the Finance team to monitor the invoicing process post-contract signing and help follow up on payment confirmations.

Requirements

  • Final year student/fresh graduates
  • Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus
  • Strong organization skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and results-focused
