Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and nurture both internal and external referrals.
• Manage and review the referral scheme to ensure it is effective and efficient.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads produced into sales.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of referrals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the referrals.
• Gather and analyze feedback and recommendations to improve the referral performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Familiarity or OCR technology and its application in automating accounting and finance tasks is a plus.
