Key Responsibility:

• Structuring training needs analysis.
• Create and execute internal development program.
• Improving the centralized learning center.
• Act as facilitator and support learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentation, and internal promotion material).
• Support post-performance review action in Mekari.
• Support probation process for new joiner (do checkpoints scheduling & interview).
• Maintain post-development program evaluation.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication/PR, or management.
• Team player, responsible initiative taker, and problem solver.
• Having a good time and project management is a must.
• Self-confident, creative, and innovative.
• Having basic level proficiency in using spreadsheets (Vlookup, IFs, Pivot).

Working arrangement: Hybrid.
