Job Description:

• Support the Social Media team in managing day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads.
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content based on the content calendar.
• Help adapt content and messaging to fit the characteristics of each social media platform.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, memes, and relevant conversations to identify new content opportunities.
• Assist with content production, including brainstorming ideas, writing captions, preparing content assets, and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Monitor social media performance and help track key metrics and content results.
• Support community management by monitoring comments, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends, and relevant topics.
• Support other social media and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Active and familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads.
• Passionate about social media, content, and digital trends.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media analytics is a plus.
• Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
