Job Description:

Manage and Maintain Desty Help Center (Desty Tawk)
Platform: https://desty.tawk.help/
Develop educational materials to help merchants understand and maximize the use of Desty products.

Support merchant retention and engagement initiatives through operational campaign execution
Assist the Account Management team in maintaining operational visibility through data tracking and reporting.
Support the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge resources.
Assist the onboarding team in ensuring new merchants have a smooth and successful start with Desty's products and services.

Requirements:

Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
Ability to simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
Basic video editing and content creation skills are an advantage.

Internship Period: 6 Months
