Job Description:

• Testing estimations and prioritisations within sprints 
• Reviewing of test artifacts such as test cases, testrail reports, automation scripts, reported bugs on different environments and/or RFCs (if any)
• Setting in collaboration with EM/HOE and tracking quality metrics 
• Raising the quality bar by applying the best quality practices and testing techniques
• Regular 1:1s with direct reports and their leader (EM or HOE)
• Pushing for automation skill sets within the team and automation first testing approach
• Hands-on with 1 or more features 
• Participating in scrum events and tribe level OKR discussions 
• Setting squad specific OKRs driven through tribe OKRs

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience with implementing test automation using automation test tools (cucumber, selenium, etc)
• Knowledgeable in release pipeline process
• Knowledgeable in web services and REST API
• Knowledgeable in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Experience in coding/scripting skills in one of the following: Ruby, PHP, Javascript, Python
• Passionate as a problem solver
• Proactive, vigilant, responsible, and collaborative
