Job Description
- Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements
- Provide consultancy for a client about best practice in Customer Relationship Management
- Support and give problem-solving to clients
- Gather client requirements and implement the system
- Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly
- Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively, demonstrating strong task prioritization and time management skills.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Monitor overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Strategy. Having more is a definite plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Comfortable handling datasets and performing standard data organization/analysis.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze a project from start to finish independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively convey findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations.
- High level of comfort working in a fast-paced.
- Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong work ethic with a proven track record of collaborating effectively within a team.
