Job Description:
We are seeking an intern who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to help our Activation team to plan, schedule, and execute training sessions for newly onboarded customers.

• Follow up new customers to set training schedules.
• Conduct training sessions with Activation specialists (via online / google meet).
• Prepare the BAST documentation for Go Live projects.
• Observe the day-to-day usage of the product (feature adoption).
• Assist the Manager of After-sales with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university (most preferably in Communication or Information System/IT major).
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable for speaking in public.
