Job Description

Create & Optimize Bot Flows: Continuously create, update, and test optimum chatbot flows, structures, and content based on specific client requests.
Configuration & Revision: Understand client needs and objectives in depth, configure the chatbot accordingly, and revise flows if there are any mistakes or errors.
Testing & Quality Check: Perform regular testing sessions to identify and document any issues such as inaccurate responses, API errors, or typos.
Collaborative Discussion: Arrange and join meetings to discuss and clarify chatbot flows with the internal team to ensure alignment and quality.

Requirements

Final-year student (preferably majoring in Information Systems or Communications)
Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
Strong attention to detail, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic SaaS environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with public speaking when presenting chatbot flows or updates to internal teams
