Job Description:

  • Work with superiors to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation plans based on their reviews.

  • Implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies.

  • Support in monitoring regulatory changes, evaluate their impact on the business, and maintain compliance.

  • Collaborate with all departments to develop and update internal policies and procedures, aligning them with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

  • Prepare reports providing insights into organizational risk profiles, whistleblowing incidents, gratuities, compliance status, and recommended improvement actions.

  • Maintain a proactive and strategic approach to drive GRC initiatives and foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT GRC and cybersecurity

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/ Engineering, or equivalent is preferred

  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) issues.

  • Proficient in drafting company policies and regulations.

  • Knowledge or familiarity about International Standard Organization (ISO) 27001 and other information security standards

  • Skilled or knowledgeable in risk assessment, implementing mitigation strategies, and managing crises

  • Show exceptional communication abilities for effective collaboration.

  • Uphold ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

 

Nice to have:

  • Ability to develop automation for day to day work (python or any other scripting language)
