Responsibilities:

• Assist People Strategy and/or People Analytics Associate in handling all BAU administrative, including data collections, monitoring, and evaluation. 

• Assist TA Leads in data collections and monitoring to ensure that all candidate data is complete for audit purposes.

• Support People Strategy team in the OKR/initiatives implementation.

Requirements:

• Current student or fresh graduate in any major; Psychology/Communication major is preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.

• Tech-savvy.

• Willing to work in a highly agile environment.

• Available for at least 3 months of internship.
