Job Description:
- Take ownership of OKRs related to renewal & expansions process and result.
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.
- Lead and mentor renewal & expansions team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole.
- Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency.
- Continuously provide ad-hoc analysis in order to improve direct and indirect internal performance.
- Maintain positive relationship across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users.
- Actively contribute to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Min 4-5 years of experience as in Aftersales SaaS/Tech company Bachelor degree.
- Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Strong in data decision-making.
- Target and incentive-oriented.
