Responsibilities:

Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to renewal & expansions process and result.

Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.

Leading and mentoring renewal & expansions team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole.

Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency.

Continuously provide ad-hoc analysis in order to improve direct and indirect internal performance.

Maintain positive relationship across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users.

Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Min 4-5 years of experience as in Aftersales SaaS/Tech company Bachelor degree.

Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly.

Good interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Fluent in verbal and written English.

Strong in data decision-making.
