Job Description:
- Facilitate the creation and management of sales pipelines and deals
- Develop strategies to foster and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Establish and implement a comprehensive agent referral retention program
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate referral agents on Mekari's product solutions
- Identify prospective partnerships through methods such as LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and cold calling, with the objective of establishing and nurturing sustainable professional networks
- Present the referral program with the aim of attracting a broader spectrum of agents from diverse backgrounds and industries
- Oversee and manage the complete spectrum of agent activities, with a primary focus on fostering partnerships and expanding the professional network
- Demonstrate a strong drive and proactive mindset in building and nurturing a referral community to support business growth
- Develop and execute strategic programs aimed at increasing engagement, fostering loyalty, and expanding community reach
Requirements:
- Have at least 1-year experience as Sales / Business Development / Partnership background
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft Office)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English is a plus)
- Fast Learner and detail-oriented
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback
