Job Description:

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements related to HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management and Performance Management
• Understand and assess HR and Payroll processes, including:

  • Employee master data and organizational structure

  • Payroll calculation and payroll components

  • Attendance, overtime, and leave management

  • Employee lifecycle management

  • Tax and statutory payroll requirements

  • Benefits and employee deductions

  • Payroll reporting and approval workflows

  • Performance management

• Translate business requirements into appropriate Mekari Talenta solutions and configurations.
• Conduct compelling product presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops for prospective customers.
• Develop solution proposals, solution architecture, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Support technical discussions related to API, webhook, authentication, data exchange, and system integration.
• Work with enterprise customers' IT teams to discuss cloud-to-on-premise connectivity, including firewall, port, VPN, proxy, IP whitelisting, DNS, and network requirements.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ, tender, and technical questionnaire processes.
• Address customer technical questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Assess technical feasibility and identify potential integration, security, or infrastructure considerations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
• Provide customer and market feedback to internal teams to help improve products and solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Implementation Consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Good understanding of SaaS and enterprise software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and data exchange.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, particularly in enterprise and on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with:

• Ability to understand and create solution architecture and integration diagrams.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting and discussing solutions with HR Managers, Payroll Managers, Finance teams, IT Managers, IT Architects, and C-level executives.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
