Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and capable AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of AI-powered features and support ongoing machine learning initiatives. You will work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams to help bring AI solutions from concept to production. This is a great opportunity for engineers who already have hands-on AI experience and want to deepen their skills while working on real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions, including natural language processing and other ML-based features.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and help translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Assist in the full AI development lifecycle, including experimentation, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Contribute to improving and optimizing existing AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Support the integration of AI components into existing products and systems.

• Stay informed about new tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI and machine learning, and apply them where appropriate.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or contributing to machine learning or AI-powered features used by end users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Practical experience developing and implementing AI or ML solutions under guidance or as part of a team.

• Good understanding of core machine learning concepts, including common algorithms and basic deep learning techniques.

• Experience using LLM frameworks or tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Familiarity with NLP concepts and working with LLMs such as OpenAI models, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to new technologies.
